Taking advantage of Google's release of Jerusalem Street Views in April, 2012, the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) launched a website, Jerusalem Memories - to allow collecting and sharing personal memories and images of Jerusalem. The site now contains numerous personal memories of Jerusalem inspired by the Google Street View images.

Here is how you can add your Jerusalem memory to the online collection:

Think about a place in Jerusalem that is special to you.

Find that place on Google Street View: Look around imagining yourself there.

If a memory or moment comes to mind, take a screenshot and submit it below. Be sure to jot down the memory or moment in the caption.

We’ll collect the images and memories and send them out in the days between Yom Ha’atzma’ut and Yom Yerushalayim.
