The Jewish Education Project in partnership with Upstart, is proud to bring you the Jewish community's first Fail Forward Conference. We invite you to join a group of successful Jewish communal professionals and educators to engage with a cutting edge idea from the secular world that encourages a culture of being open to and learning from failure. You will explore how to continually adapt and improve your work, not only through building on successes, but through the critically important and valuable process of "failing forward".

You will:

  • Reflect on experiences of triumphant failure in your own and/or other's work, including personal stories from leading professionals.
  • Share "failure experiences" with peers who will help unpack those experiences and uncover lessons for growth.
  • Learn skills and mindsets that encourage building from failure to drive your work and organizational culture forward.

Learn more about the Failing Forward movement and Ashley Good, the CEO of Fail Forward, who will be presenting and facilitating at this gathering.

The Conference will be held on November 18th, 2013 10am - 4pm at the UJA-Federation of New York, 130 East 59th St, Manhattan.
