We are happy to invite you to a unique seminar on teaching Hebrew as a second language, run by the Education Department of the World Zionist Organization. The seminar will be held on February 4-9, 2018. The seminar will include lectures, workshops, tours and visits to various educational institutions and cultural events as part of the Conference on the Hebrew Language in Rishon Letzion, Israel (Lashon Rishon).

The seminar is geared for Hebrew teachers in schools and non-formal frameworks who see their profession as a mission, are willing to widen and deepen their knowledge and skills and are also willing to share their personal and professional experience with colleagues in order to improve Hebrew language education in their communities and around the world.

Participation in the seminar will not entail tuition. The WZO education Department will cover the expenses of participants (tuition, lodging and meals) for the entire seminar. However, traveling expenses to Israel will not be covered.

The number of participants is limited, so register now!
