Are you a day school educator who: is in your first three years of teaching Jewish studies, or has recently switched to a new grade level and/or new subject matter, or would like to infuse your general studies curriculum with more Jewish content? If so, you are invited to a special track of the three-week Pardes Summer Program, The Day School Teachers Track to be held in Jerusalem on July 7-25, 2019.

Participants will be provided:

  • Dynamic and interactive study of classic and contemporary Jewish texts.
     
  • Development of skills to enrich pedagogic content knowledge
     
  • Individualized mentoring for the development of a curricular unit informed and inspired by UbD, 21st-century learning principles, and Jewish values
     
  • Opportunities for active reflection on teaching An expanded, diverse and collaborative network of fellow educators
     
  • Rejuvenation and inspiration for the upcoming academic year
