The International School for Holocaust Studies has opened registration for three new online courses to begin late October/November, 2008. These courses, intended for educators and the general public, are designed to widen the students' understanding of various central chapters of Holocaust history, and explore its relevance to present day.

 

The courses are asynchronous, allowing the students to access the course materials at their leisure at the course online learning interface.

 

Two of the courses are part of the 5-part series "At the Edge of the Abyss: The Holocaust of European Jewry".

 

'The Final Solution of the Jewish Problem' - beginning Oct. 27, 2008

"Jewish Life in the Ghettos" – beginning November 3, 2008

Life Lessons - Bringing Holocaust History to Your Classroom" - Online Course for Educators: - beginning November 17, 2008
