The Yiddish Book Center's new oral history project is building a dynamic library of recorded interviews on the never-ending subject of being Jewish in America (and other places, too). Contributors' stories will complement their vast collection of published Yiddish literature and capture the amazing diversity and creativity of contemporary Jewish
The project interviews people from all ages and backgrounds in order to explore the broadest expression of Jewish experience.Their story can truly become part of history. The first batch of interviews can be previewed online. Those willing to tell their story are requested to fill out and submit the Pre-Interview Questionnaire.
