Additional qualifications include a commitment to the mission of the Mandel Center, interest in the problems of teaching and learning in Jewish education, extensive professional experience in Jewish educational settings, an emerging record of publication, and strong scholarly potential in Jewish education research.

The Postdoctoral Fellow will be expected to contribute to the Center’s work and advance his or her own complementary scholarly agenda, to participate in the intellectual activities of the Center, and to contribute to the work of others while pursuing her or his own scholarship. When appropriate to the Fellow’s professional goals, the Fellow may be invited to teach in the undergraduate or graduate Education program at the university or within one of the Center’s programs.
