This spring, BBYO will be admitting 10 to 12 professionals into its Professional Development Institute (PDI), a three year program where, in addition to doing leadership development work with Jewish teens in one of many communities across the country, participants will receive an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Certificate in Informal Jewish Education from Hebrew College in Boston.
Through PDI, participants will receive their MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University — ranked as one of the top 25 business schools in the country—through its distance learning program.
PDI will also include a formal Jewish learning component, which includes earning a Certificate in Informal Jewish Education from Hebrew College in Boston. This certificate will combine formal Jewish learning in the United States and Israel with experience in informal Jewish education in the classroom and in the field.
Participants will work with leading Jewish educators in North America and Israel and participate in a strong mentoring program, designed to match participants with seasoned Jewish professionals across the country.
During the three years of the program, the participant will receive a full-time competitive salary as well as free tuition.
