The Network for Research in Jewish Education (NRJE) invites its members to participate in its annual conference, to be hosted by The Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and The Skirball Department of Hebrew and Judaic Studies, at New York University, June 6–8, 2010.
This year's program ranges from philosophical discourse tp ethnographic observation to qualitative analysis. An array of methodological approaches will be utilized to explore a wide range of topics including the quality of day schools and professional development, the nature of effective Jewish learning, the evolution of identity, new perspectives on experiential education, and more.
