B'Lev Echad is a global initiative to unite Jews around theworld to commemorate the first yartzeit of the 8 students killed at Yeshivat Mercaz HaRav and celebrate the Torah to which they were so committed. The event will take place in Jerusalem on February 24th, 2009, while schools, yeshivot, college campuses, and institutions around the world participate in this event via a live internet broadcast. The event will also conclude a worldwide learning initiative and mitzva campaignproject.
