The Leaders Assembly is a biennial two-day conference that brings together hundreds of professionals and lay leaders from the camping world, as well as funders and Jewish communal professionals, to address the opportunities and challenges facing the field of Jewish camp. This year at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, New Jersey, between March 11-13, 2012, we are offering a can't-miss day of skill-building workshops geared toward camp professionals and camp lay leaders.

Join over 500 of the most creative minds devoted to Jewish overnight camp at Leaders Assembly 2012. Together, we’ll be inspired to "Reach Beyond the Bunk", exploring new areas of growth for our camps, our communities, and the entire field.

Leaders Assembly 2012 will include a rare plenary experience—a panel moderated by Dr. Charles “Chip” Edelsberg of the Jim Joseph Foundation, featuring President Richard M. Joel of Yeshiva University, Rabbi David Ellenson of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, and Chancellor Arnold M. Eisen of Jewish Theological Seminary.

Rae Ringel, nationally known facilitator, will lead a revamped, exciting new program with many networking opportunities that put you at the center of the conference. Facilitator-led sessions will enable you to learn from both industry experts and your peers about the issues that matter most to your camp and community.
