Join 1000 of your colleagues from across North America for the 2015 North American Jewish Day School Conference! The conference will take place at the Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia, March 8-10, 2015. PARDES, PEJE, Schechter Network, RAVSAK and The YU School Partnership will host the Jewish day school field’s most anticipated and attended event of the year. This year's conference, Uncommon Connections, Schools, Systems and Success, will consider Systems Thinking and how this approach to organizational behavior can help your day school thrive.
The work done at your Jewish day school extends far beyond your office. Your words, acts, and relationships constantly reverberate throughout your school ecosystem. Many of the connections are obvious, and some are nearly invisible, but one thing is clear: When we consider the system as whole, great possibilities present themselves. Problems are resolved faster. New opportunities appear. The whole thrives. Uncommon Connections teaches Systems Intelligence. Attend—and make you, your school, and your entire community, smarter.
Attendees should include (but are not limited to) the following: Heads of School, Assistant Heads of School, Board Chairs and Board Members, Educational Division Heads (Hebrew, Judaics, and Secular), Admission Directors, Development Directors, Financial Managers/Executive Directors, Federation, Central Agency and Bureau of Jewish Education professionals, Volunteers with Oversight on Day School Priorities and Portfolios, Network Staff, Lay Leaders, JDS Donors, and Foundation Staff.
