The Rabbanei Batei Hasefer Website started out as a collection of material for school rabbis. In Israel most of the religious public schools (mama'd) as well as a few of the regular public schools have a school rabbi. The rabbi serves as a spiritual adviser to the school community, the students, staff and parents of the school. He is often coordinator or consultant of the Jewish education curriculum (Tanach and Toshba). Many educators were happy to share material that they prepared and the site quickly grew to include worksheets, booklets, games, ideas for activities and more, making the site useful for all Jewish studies teachers. Many individuals graciously forward folders full of all their worksheets on a given topic to share with other educators. In the past the 'Morei Hameah' (100 Teachers of the Year) award was given for developing the website for the benefit of the Jewish education community.

The recently launched TheIsraelBible.com adds gamification, Google maps, audio, video and interactive tools to a Hebrew and English presentation of the Hebrew Scriptures. The new mobile-friendly website stems from a print version of The Israel Bible published over the past two years by Israel365 and completed in October 2015. Its 20 softcover volumes include the entire 24-book canon (Tanakh, in Hebrew) along with original commentary developed by a team of 10 Israeli educators and tour guides.

The United States Congress established the Days of Remembrance as the nation’s annual commemoration of the Holocaust. Each year state and local governments, military bases, workplaces, schools, religious organizations, and civic centers host observances and remembrance activities for their communities. These events can occur during the Week of Remembrance, which runs from the Sunday before Holocaust Remembrance Day (Yom Hashoah - Thursday, May 5, 2016) through the following Sunday. Purim is an exciting and colorful festival, as are the primary sources that give evidence to the different aspects of the day. This resource pack prepared by the National Library of Israel contains a wonderful Megillah that was read in the seventeenth century, photographs of children and even a street in fancy dress, a Purim plate used for Mishloah Manot (gifts of food to friends and family), and posters advertising Purim balls and contests. It also includes a video clip and activity suggestions.
