The 2010 PEJE Assembly for Advancing the Jewish Day School Field to be held in Baltimore between October 24-26, 2010 has announced its schedule. The Assembly is designed to harness collective strength—knowledge, experience, passion, expertise, and vision—and provide the setting for day school and community leaders to engage in national conversation, discover alternative possibilities, connect to new resources and ideas, and learn from each other.

The Sessions for each day are:

Sunday, October 24: Pre-Assembly Institutes

PEJE is offering Assembly registrants the bonus of eight intensive Sunday morning Institutes. At no additional charge, these three-hour skill-based Institutes are a wonderful way to begin your immersion into the Assembly experience.

Sunday, October 24: Critical Challenges

These interactive sessions will foster innovative and alternative approaches to confronting today's realities.

Monday, October 25: Collaborative Learning

Case-based learning will provide an empowering arena to work through shared problems and crystallize cross-community solutions.

Tuesday, October 26: Passionate Advocacy

Demonstrating and broadening the message of the impact of day school education on the Jewish future will give the field common language and strategies.

Details of all of the sessions can be viewed here
